Getting to Know our Members

 

Bill and Beckie Wilson

 

 

Bill and Beckie are the newest members of MBCC, having joined September 21.  They have attended faithfully for several months.  They were active in VBS in June with Bill building the stage for VBS with Kevin’s help.  Bill was also a group leader.  Beckie and Sarah Paine were in charge of crafts at VBS, and Beckie helped a lot with set decorations.

 

Bill and Beckie met on a blind date in Ada.  Beckie Wilson was born in Ada and graduated from Ada High School. She received a Bachelor’s and a Master’s Degree from East Central.  She has taught school for 31 years.  She is a third grade teacher at Sky Ranch Elementary.  She enjoys gardening and yard work.  She has a lot of her grandmother’s knickknacks and furniture.

 

Bill Wilson was born in Shawnee and graduated from Wynnewood High School.  He received a Bachelor’s Degree from East Central and a Master’s from UCO.  He teaches 8^th grade math at Bethel. He also teaches math part time at Rose State.  Bill has taught for 32 years.  His hobbies are hockey, baseball, and computers. He has a 22 year old son, Ryan.
